Beat The Gym Fitness Challenge Week 4 at Muscle Beach Miami

This week Tony Thomas puts you through a power routine on the sands of South Beach. for classes with Tony Thomas Sports. Try this routine 5 muscle ups, 5 Power Clean and Press, 5 leg Raise with the hips off the bench and 5 second slow decent of the last rep, and 5 Power Push Ups. Repeat this 5 rounds adding 1 rep to each exercise every time. The last set will be tough but you can do it. Apply options for each exercise if you can’t complete it.
